WYCK – END residences is a collection of unique accommodations in Maastricht and the surrounding area, born from our passion for hospitality, atmosphere, and characterful properties.

We are Simone & Remco, the faces behind WYCK – EN D. Driven by our love for Maastricht, we originally started by renting out a number of unique homes in Wyck. What began with Penthouse Wyck gradually expanded over the years.

In 2024, we expanded Penthouse Wyck with hotel rooms and studios, with which

WYCK – END boutique hotel was established. Subsequently, in 2026, we incorporated Airbnb by Simone into the same brand and continued under the name WYCK – END residences. Together, these form a single entity today: WYCK – END boutique hotel & residences.

What appeals to us are not standard accommodations, but places with their own atmosphere and story. Monumental townhouses, stylish city apartments, luxury residences, and unique homes where you immediately feel that attention has been paid to the decor, appearance, and experience. Always with a combination of comfort, tranquility, and a warm sense of home.

Our base is in Wyck: the most atmospheric district of Maastricht. A neighborhood full of character, beautiful facades, boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Maas literally around the corner. The energy of this neighborhood is reflected in everything we do.

At WYCK – END boutique hotel & residences, we combine the personal atmosphere of a boutique stay with the freedom and space of a private home. Some guests stay for one night, while others come for a long weekend, a family holiday, a business trip, or simply to discover Maastricht at a leisurely pace.
