This great studio (30m2) is suitable for 2 to 4 people and is located at the front of the building and has a beautiful high ceiling with ornament and a beautiful window with a view over the Stationsstraat, Wilhelminasingel and the Wyckerbrugstraat. And as icing on the cake you can also enjoy this view on the balcony.

This studio has a beautiful spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, double bed (180x200) and a comfortable sofa, which is also suitable for a double bed (156x215).

There is also a kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher and combination oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a cozy (drinks) table with 4 stools.
